As CEO of Harvey Developments, Peter has been personally responsible for overseeing the building and developments of all company projects which includes commercial, residential, educational and remote development arenas across the Northern Territory. He is passionate about creating meaningful contributions to the Alice Springs, Tennant Creek and Barkly Regions his company services.
‘Building the Bush’ has become Peter’s mission statement for Harvey Developments; he continues to work with the Federal and Territory governments, town and regional councils, and Aboriginal organisations to create more employment opportunities for Aboriginal Central Australians.
Paul oversees all work carried out by the team at Harvey Developments, bringing with him a wealth of experience from over 25 years in the industry. The projects he has worked on have been widespread across Australia, and he has significant experience in delivering projects across the Northern Territory. Paul has worked across various private, commercial and government projects and has the management skills necessary to see each of these carried out at the highest quality, meeting timeframes and budgets. Paul is a motivated, dependable General Manager who displays initiative and high-level organisational skills.
Melanie Mutch is a marketing and business strategy specialist and her experience in working in various management positions have provided her with skills in leadership, HR, culture building and mentoring to challenge and motivate team members.
In her position with Harvey Developments, Melanie is responsible for setting and delivering on business goals, and achieving KPI’s across the areas of Management, Leadership, Culture & Marketing.
Ken is a management professional, having started his career in customer relations and sales in 1984. He began working in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in Zimbabwe in 1998 and has developed his expertise in OHS and quality assurance ever since, in several countries.
Ken looks after many aspects of the business operations at Harvey Developments including procurement, fleet and depot management and quoting. He also develops, implements and maintains our compliant plans and systems, including: Work Health and Safety, Safe Work Method, Environmental Management & Project Control.
Anthony Neck is a Chartered Accountant and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who has recently commenced as the part-time CFO at Harvey Developments. He is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand, CPA Papua New Guinea, Australian Institute of Company Directors and Institute of Managers and Leaders.
Prior to commencing his own business, Anthony was the CFO for the largest landowner group of companies in Papua New Guinea, Anitua Ltd.
Emily is the Office Manager at Harvey Developments, based in the Alice Springs office and brings with her 27 years of Office Administration/Management experience and a wealth of knowledge in accounting systems and IT, from various roles in the Philippines and Australia. Emily is responsible for all bookkeeping/accounting tasks & invoicing as well as assisting on tender submissions and IT support.
As well as having significant knowledge and experience, Emily also has a deep passion for the construction industry which is supported by her tertiary studies in Engineering Science, majoring in Civil and Structural.
