Peter Har­vey | Chief Executive

Peter Har­vey brings a wealth of expe­ri­ence and knowl­edge to Har­vey Devel­op­ments, hav­ing been work­ing in this indus­try for over 25 years. Peter a reg­is­tered build­ing prac­ti­tion­er is pas­sion­ate about build­ing and cre­at­ing mean­ing­ful con­tri­bu­tions for the Alice Springs com­mu­ni­ty and the sur­round­ing South­ern North­ern Ter­ri­to­ry region. He has been active­ly involved in var­i­ous pri­vate, com­mer­cial and gov­ern­ment projects, design and con­struc­tion work for the North­ern Ter­ri­to­ry Gov­ern­ment, local town and region­al coun­cils across Cen­tral Australia.

Over the years Peter has been sup­port­ing the local com­mu­ni­ty by spon­sor­ing local tal­ents such as the annu­al Finke Desert Race and oth­er local events with a vision of mak­ing Alice Springs a great place

Peter along with his key role in Har­vey Devel­op­ments has recent­ly been appoint­ed as the CEO and Direc­tor of Tapali Coun­cil Abo­rig­i­nal Cor­po­ra­tion, this enter­prise has been formed as a not for Prof­it train­ing and Con­struc­tion Enti­ty in the Bark­ly Region, rep­re­sent­ing mem­bers of the coun­cil in Ten­nant Creek, Elliott, Bor­roloola and gen­er­al­ly through­out the Bark­ly Region.

Graeme Wil­son | Director

Graeme has worked in the con­struc­tion indus­try for over 25 years with wide­spread projects across Aus­tralia, South Africa, Botswana and Zim­bab­we bring­ing a huge range of expe­ri­ence to Har­vey Devel­op­ments. He has worked across var­i­ous pri­vate, com­mer­cial and gov­ern­ment projects and has the man­age­ment skills nec­es­sary to see each of these car­ried out at the high­est qual­i­ty, meet­ing time­frames and bud­gets. He brings a wealth of knowl­edge in project man­age­ment, val­u­a­tions, esti­mat­ing and pric­ing and man­age­ment of sub-contractors.

Antho­ny Neck | CFO

Antho­ny Neck is a Char­tered Accoun­tant and Chief Finan­cial Offi­cer (CFO) who has recent­ly com­menced busi­ness as a part time CFO for Small to Medi­um busi­ness Enter­pris­es (SME). He is a mem­ber of the Char­tered Accoun­tants of Aus­tralia and New Zealand, CPA Papua New Guinea, Aus­tralian Insti­tute of Com­pa­ny Direc­tors, Insti­tute of Man­agers and Lead­ers and the Advi­so­ry Board Cen­tre where he is a Cer­ti­fied Chair. He has an Account­ing degree from Uni­ver­si­ty of Vic­to­ria. Antho­ny was born and raised in the North­ern Territory.

Ken Watkins | Com­pli­ance Manager

26+ years’ expe­ri­ence in Cus­tomer Relations

10+ years’ expe­ri­ence in OHS in the con­tract­ing industry.

    Ken has a wealth of expe­ri­ence in ensur­ing cus­tomer expec­ta­tions are met. He spent the pre­vi­ous 10 and a half years liais­ing with clients in the NT Con­struc­tion Indus­try, to ensure that their OHS and Qual­i­ty require­ments are met. He is respon­si­ble for the imple­men­ta­tion and main­te­nance of sys­tems to ensure healthy, safe and effi­cient work envi­ron­ment for all stake­hold­ers.
