Har­vey Devel­op­ments is com­mit­ted to the devel­op­ment, imple­men­ta­tion and main­te­nance of a Qual­i­ty Man­age­ment Sys­tem that is aligned with the AS/NZS Inter­na­tion­al Orga­ni­za­tion for Stan­dard­iza­tion (ISO) 9001. This ensures that we always pro­vide high qual­i­ty works that meet our clients’ requirements.

The Inter­na­tion­al Stan­dards that we apply to all our work use the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and risk-based thinking.

Using this approach ensures that our process­es are prop­er­ly resourced and man­aged. It means that we can see oppor­tu­ni­ties for improve­ment as soon as they arise and act on them quick­ly, keep­ing our work con­sis­tent­ly at the high­est stan­dard possible. 

Risk-based think­ing means that we can pin­point fac­tors that could cause our process­es and qual­i­ty man­age­ment sys­tems to dif­fer from the intend­ed results. Using risk-based think­ing to put in place pre­ven­tive con­trols to min­i­mize neg­a­tive effects and to make max­i­mum use of oppor­tu­ni­ties as they arise
